As a Trainer, you will deliver all membership training services, including conducting Continuing Education (CE) courses as well as all other training offerings as needed, primarily through Zoom. You will maintain the company’s online knowledge base by writing new articles, editing old articles, and screening updates as required. You will also serve as a backup to the Institute Coordinator’s duties and as a backup to Member Service Representatives by conducting on-site courses, Q & As, and private classes as requested.
